Railway has decided to run additional trips of Train Nos. 04127/04128 Kanpur Central–Guwahati Special Trains to clear extra rush. The additional trips will operate as per the existing timings, days, stoppages and route of the trains. A total of 14 additional trips of each train will be operated.

Train No. 04127 will run from Kanpur Central to Guwahati on a weekly basis every Thursday. The additional trips will commence from 10 September 2026 and continue through 10 December 2026. Train No. 04128 will run from Guwahati to Kanpur Central on a weekly basis every Friday. Its additional trips will commence from 11 September 2026 and continue through 11 December 2026.

The composition of both trains will consist of 19 coaches, including 1 AC 2-Tier coach, 2 AC 3-Tier coaches, 9 Sleeper Class coaches, 5 General Second Class coaches and 2 SLRD coaches.
