Central Railway has announced 1058 Summer Special trains including 278 unreserved trains till date, in addition to its regular trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during the summer season.
Central Railway had earlier announced 986 services of Summer Special Trains and will now run an additional 72 services for the benefit of passengers.
The details of the additional 72 Summer Special trains are as under:

LTT Mumbai – Raxaul – LTT Mumbai Weekly Specials (24 Services)

• 05558 special will depart LTT Mumbai at 07.55 hrs on every Thursday from 10.04.2025 to 26.06.2025 and arrive Raxaul at 16.50 hrs next day. (12 Services)
• 05557 special will depart Raxaul at 19.15 hrs on Tuesday from 08.04.2025 to 24.06.2025 and arrive LTT Mumbai at 05.50 hrs on the third day. (12 Services)
• Halts: Kalyan, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj Cheoki, Mirzapur, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Buxar, Ara, Patliputra, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Sitamarhi, and Bairgania.
• Composition: Two AC-2 Tier, Six AC-3 Tier, 07 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class, 1 General Second Class cum Guard’s Brake Van, and 1 Generator Van.

LTT Mumbai – Saharsa – LTT Mumbai Weekly Specials (24 Trips)

• 05586 special will depart LTT Mumbai at 16.35 hrs on every Sunday from 13.04.2025 to 29.06.2025 and arrive Saharsa at 09.00 hrs on the third day. (12 Services)
• 05585 special will depart Saharsa at 17.45 hrs on every Friday from 11.04.2025 to 27.06.2025 and arrive LTT Mumbai at 05.30 hrs on the third day. (12 Services)
• Halts: Kalyan, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj Cheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn, Danapur, Patliputra, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Hasanpur Road, Khagaria, Mankar, and Simri Bakhtiyarpur.
• Composition: Two AC-2 Tier, Six AC-3 Tier, 07 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class, 1 General Second Class cum Guard’s Brake Van, and 1 Generator Van.

LTT Mumbai – Dhanbad – LTT Mumbai Weekly Specials (24 Trips)

• 03380 special will depart LTT Mumbai at 17.00 hrs on every Thursday from 10.04.2025 to 26.06.2025 and arrive Dhanbad at 08.00 hrs on the third day. (12 Services)
• 03379 special will depart Dhanbad at 23.00 hrs on every Tuesday from 08.04.2025 to 24.06.2025 and arrive LTT Mumbai at 14.15 hrs on the third day. (12 Services)
• Halts: Kalyan Jn, Manmad Jn, Bhusaval Jn, Khandwa, Itarsi Jn, Pipariya, Madan Mahal, Katni South, Beohari, Bargawan, Singrauli, Chopan, Renukut, Garwa Road, Daltonganj, Latehar, Khalari, Patratu, Barkakana, Bokaro Thermal, Chandrapura, and Katrasgarh.
• Composition: Five AC-2 Tier, Ten AC-3 Tier (Economy), Five AC-3 Tier, and 2 Generator Vans.

Reservation
Bookings for Special train Nos. 05558, 05586, and 03380 on special charges will open on 05.04.2025 at all computerized reservation centers and on website www.irctc.co.in.

Tickets for unreserved coaches can be booked through UTS with normal charges for unreserved accommodation as applicable for Superfast Mail/Express trains.
