Northeast Frontier Railway has announced an extension of the periodicity of the special train between Dibrugarh and Kolkata to clear the extra rush of passengers during the upcoming festive season 2026. Train No. 05932 will operate from Dibrugarh to Kolkata from September 5 to November 28, 2026, on Saturdays, with 13 trips, while Train No. 05931 will run from Kolkata to Dibrugarh from September 7 to November 30, 2026, on Mondays, also with 13 trips. The trains will comprise two AC 2-Tier coaches, six AC 3-Tier coaches, eight Sleeper Class coaches, four General Second Class coaches, one Luggage Van and one LSLRD coach.
