Northeast Frontier Railway has announced special train services between Agartala and Sabroom to facilitate devotees and tourists visiting the Kharchi Puja festival at Shri Shri Chaturdas Devata Bari Temple, Old Agartala, Khayerpur. The special services will operate from 22-07-2026 to 28-07-2026.

Train 05644 will run from Agartala to Sabroom, Train 05643 will run from Sabroom to Agartala.

The trains will halt at Sekerkote, Bishalgarh, Bishramganj, Udaipur, Garjee, Santir Bazar, Belonia, Jolaibari, Thaillik Twisa, and Manu Bazar.

The announcement also states that 07+07 trips will be operated. Each train will consist of six General Second Class coaches and one SLR coach.
