East Coast Railway has announced an increase in the frequency of the Brahmapur–Surat (Udhna) Amrit Bharat Express, upgrading the service from tri-weekly to daily. According to the announcement, Train No. 19021 (Udhna–Brahmapur Amrit Bharat Express), which currently operates on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, will run daily with effect from 09.07.2026 (Thursday) from Udhna. Train No. 19022 (Brahmapur–Udhna Amrit Bharat Express), which currently operates on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, will also run daily with effect from 10.07.2026 (Friday) from Brahmapur.

The increased frequency is expected to provide passengers with more travel options, greater flexibility in planning their journeys, and improved convenience for those traveling between Brahmapur and Surat (Udhna). The announcement highlights the enhanced connectivity between the two cities through the expanded daily service.
