South Central Railway (SCR) has announced the operation of special trains between Rewa and Charlapalli to clear the extra passenger rush during the summer season. Train No. 02158 will operate from Rewa to Charlapalli, departing at 12:30 hrs on Sundays and arriving at 14:45 hrs on Mondays. The service will run from 07 June 2026 to 28 June 2026 and will make a total of four trips.
In the return direction, Train No. 02157 will operate from Charlapalli to Rewa, departing at 17:00 hrs on Mondays and arriving at 19:30 hrs on Tuesdays. This service will run from 08 June 2026 to 29 June 2026 and will also make a total of four trips.
The special trains will halt at Satna, Maihar, Katni Murwara, Damoh, Saugor, Bina, Rani Kamalapati, Itarsi, Betul, Amla, Nagpur, Balharshah, Sirpur Kagaznagar, Bellampalli, Mancherial, Peddapalli, Kazipet and Jangaon stations in both directions
According to SCR, the trains will consist of First AC (1AC), AC 2-Tier (2AC), AC 3-Tier (3AC), Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches. The special services are being introduced to provide additional accommodation for passengers and ease travel demand during the summer season.
