East Coast Railway has announced a special “Train on Demand” service between Visakhapatnam and Kacheguda to help passengers during the summer rush. Train number 08521 will depart from Visakhapatnam at 17:30 on Saturday, 30.05.26, and arrive at Kacheguda at 09:45 on Sunday. The train will halt at Duvvada, Anakapalle, Samalkot Junction, Anaparti, Rajamundry, Eluru, Vijayawada Junction, Guntur Junction, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda, Charlapalli, and Malkajgiri. The announced coach composition includes 18 sleeper coaches, 2 general coaches, and 2 luggage-cum-divyang friendly coaches.
The special service is expected to provide additional travel capacity for passengers during the peak summer travel season, offering more booking opportunities on the busy Visakhapatnam–Hyderabad route. The train is aimed at easing passenger demand and improving travel convenience by providing an extra option for those planning journeys between the two cities and intermediate stations.
