South Central Railway has announced the introduction of the Tirupati–Charlapalli Tirupati Weekly Express by regularizing the existing special train service. The Ministry of Railways has approved the operation of Train No. 17443/17444 between Tirupati and Charlapalli.

Train No. 17443 Tirupati–Charlapalli Weekly Express will operate every Thursday starting from 28 May 2026, while Train No. 17444 Charlapalli–Tirupati Weekly Express will run every Friday beginning 29 May 2026.

The train will halt at Renigunta, Razampeta, Kadapa, Yerraguntla, Proddatur, Nandyal, Diguvametta, Giddalur, Markapur Road, Piduguralla, Nadikude, Miryalaguda, and Nalgonda stations in both directions.

The train composition includes 1 AC 2-tier coach, 3 AC 3-tier coaches, 14 sleeper class coaches, and 4 general second-class coaches.
