South Central Railway has announced the introduction of the Charlapalli–Bhubaneswar New–Charlapalli Weekly Express following approval from the Ministry of Railways. The new service will regularize the existing special train operations between Charlapalli and Bhubaneswar New.

Train No. 17067 Charlapalli–Bhubaneswar New Weekly Express will operate every Monday starting from 25 May 2026, while Train No. 17068 Bhubaneswar New–Charlapalli Weekly Express will operate every Tuesday starting from 26 May 2026.

The train will run via Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Guntur, Vijayawada, Kaikalur, Akividu, Bhimavaram Town, Tanuku, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Anakapalli, Duvvada, Pendurti, Kottavalasa, Vizianagaram Junction, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Brahmapur, and Khurda Road Junction before reaching Bhubaneswar New.

The train composition will include 3 AC 2-tier coaches, 5 AC 3-tier coaches, 10 sleeper class coaches, and 4 general second-class coaches.
