South Central Railway Announces Extended Special Train Services, Adds Tirupati Stop

South Central Railway has announced the extension of periodicity for special train services to manage the extra rush of passengers while maintaining existing timings. The services include Train No. 07153 Narasapur–SMVT Bengaluru Special and Train No. 07154 SMVT Bengaluru–Narasapur Special, which will operate on extended dates in June 2026.

Train No. 07153, running via Katpadi and Jolarpettai, will operate from 5 June 2026 to 19 June 2026 and will be diverted through Renigunta, Tirupati, Pakala, Chittoor, and Katpadi. Train No. 07154 will run from 6 June 2026 to 20 June 2026 via Jolarpettai and Katpadi, diverted through Katpadi, Chittoor, Pakala, Tirupati, and Renigunta.

Additional extended services of Train No. 07153 on 26 June 2026 and Train No. 07154 on 27 June 2026 will also run on diverted routes through Renigunta, Melpakkam, Katpadi, and Jolarpettai. South Central Railway stated that the diverted route includes an additional stoppage at Tirupati to help passengers plan their journey and avail the special service.
