Big Relief for Summer Travelers! SCR Extends Narasapur–SMVT Bengaluru Special Trains

South Central Railway has announced the extension of periodicity for special train services between Narasapur and SMVT Bengaluru to manage the extra rush of passengers. The trains will continue to operate with existing timings and will run via Kolpadi and Jolarpettai with diverted routing and an additional stoppage at Tirupati.

Train No. 07153, the Narasapur–SMVT Bengaluru Special, will operate on Fridays from 5 June 2026 to 26 June 2026 for a total of four trips. Train No. 07154, the SMVT Bengaluru–Narasapur Special, will operate on Saturdays from 6 June 2026 to 27 June 2026, also for four trips.

The extension of these services is expected to provide added convenience to passengers travelling between Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tirupati during the busy travel period. The additional stoppage at Tirupati is likely to benefit pilgrims and regular commuters by improving connectivity and easing travel demand on existing services.

Passengers are requested to visit the Indian Railways website (www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in), dial 139, or download the NTES app for detailed arrival and departure timings at the respective stations.
