Eastern Railway has announced an additional stoppage for the 03029/03030 Howrah–Rajgir–Howrah Special train at Kahalgaon station for the convenience of passengers. The new stoppage will come into effect from the journey commencing on 16.05.2026 for train no. 03029 Howrah–Rajgir Express and from 17.05.2026 for train no. 03030 Rajgir–Howrah Express.
As per the revised schedule, train no. 03029 Howrah–Rajgir Express will arrive at Kahalgaon station at 05:53 hrs and depart at 05:55 hrs. Meanwhile, train no. 03030 Rajgir–Howrah Express will reach Kahalgaon at 20:25 hrs and leave at 20:27 hrs.
Eastern Railway has also revised the composition of the 03029/03030 Howrah–Rajgir–Howrah Special train. The updated rake configuration will include 01 AC 3-tier coach, 04 Sleeper Class coaches, 07 General Second Class coaches, and 02 SLRD coaches, taking the total number of coaches to 14.
The railway administration stated that all other instructions and operational arrangements related to the service will remain unchanged.
