To cater to the passenger rush during the upcoming festive season, Indian Railways has announced a special train service connecting Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi and Puri.

The special service, Train No. 01929 / 01930, will operate for a limited period to ensure convenient travel for passengers.

Service Details:

• Train No. 01929 (Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi to Puri): This train will run every Friday from September 19, 2025, to November 28, 2025.
• Train No. 01930 (Puri to Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi): This train will run every Saturday from September 20, 2025, to November 29, 2025.

The train will provide connectivity to several major stations, including Gwalior, Bhind, Mirzapur, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Adra, Balasore, and Bhubaneswar.

Other stoppages on the route include Datia, Dabra, Malanpur, Soni, Etawah, Govindpuri Junction, Fatehpur, Subedarganj, Gaya Junction, Koderma, Parasnath, Gomoh Junction, Bankura, Bishnupur, Midnapore, Hijli, Bhadrak, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Cuttack, and Khurda Road.

Passengers planning to travel on this route are strongly advised to check the status of their specific train from official sources like the NTES app or by calling the railway helpline at 139 before starting their journey.
