General Manager of Western Railway, Shri Ramashray Pandey, conducted an intensive inspection of Bandra Terminus to review passenger amenities, cleanliness, and various station facilities, assessing their upkeep and maintenance. During the visit, he emphasized the importance of passenger feedback in improving railway services. Shri Pandey also interacted with passengers travelling on Train No. 12971 Bandra Terminus–Bhavnagar Terminus Express to seek their feedback on onboard amenities and services. As part of the inspection, he reviewed the cleanliness of coaches and toilets and interacted with the housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and comfortable journey for passengers.
