Fixed Time Corridor Block for various safety and maintenance work has been approved in Madurai Division for the month of October hence the following changes have been made in the pattern of train services:

Train No. 16128 Guruvayur – Chennai Egmore Express scheduled to leave Guruvayur at 23.15 hrs o­n 11th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 25th, 27th, 29th October, 2026  will be diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi and Tiruchchirappalli skipping stoppages at Madurai, Sholavandan, Kodaikanal Road, Dindigul and Manapparai. Additional stoppages will be provided at Aruppukkottai, Manamadurai, Sivaganga, Karaikkudi and Pudukkottai

Train No. 16321 Nagercoil – Coimbatore Express scheduled to leave Nagercoil at 08.00 hrs o­n 12th, 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd, 26th, 28th & 30th October, 2026 will be diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi, Tiruchchirappalli & Karur skipping stoppages at Tirumangalam, Tirupparankundram, Madurai, Sholavandan, Kodaikanal Road, Ambaturai, Dindigul, Eriodu and Palaiyam . Additional stoppages will be provided at Aruppukkottai, Manamadurai, Sivaganga, Karaikkudi, Pudukkottai & Tiruchchirappalli
