Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to operate 04008/04007 Anand Vihar Terminal–Jogbani–Anand Vihar Terminal Festival Special trains to clear extra rush. Train No. 04008, Anand Vihar Terminal–Jogbani Festival Special Express, will run from 10 October 2026 to 7 November 2026 on Saturdays, with five trips. Train No. 04007, Jogbani–Anand Vihar Terminal Festival Special Express, will run from 11 October 2026 to 8 November 2026 on Sundays, with five trips.

The composition of the trains will include AC 2-Tier: 1 coach, AC 3-Tier: 2 coaches, Sleeper Class: 9 coaches, General Second Class: 6 coaches, and SLR: 2 coaches, making a total of 20 coaches. The trains will halt at Ghaziabad, Hapur, Garhmuktesar, Moradabad, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur Junction, Gonda Junction, Gorakhpur Junction, Chhapra, Sonpur, Hajipur Junction, Shahpur Patoree, Barauni Junction, Begusarai, Khagaria Junction, Mansi Junction, Naugachia, Katihar Junction, Purnea Junction, Arariya Court and Forbesganj Junction.
