Regulation and Rescheduling of Several Trains Due to Operational Reasons

Eastern Railway has announced the regulation of several trains due to operational reasons. The affected trains will operate through specified alternative routes and are listed according to their respective journey commencement dates.

Via Rampurhat–Nalhati–Azimganj–New Farakka–Malda Town, train number 12345 Howrah–Guwahati Saraighat Express will be regulated for the journey commencing on 6 September 2026. Train number 22503 Kanyakumari–Dibrugarh Vivek Express will be regulated for the journey commencing on 4 September 2026, while train number 12551 SMVB Bengaluru–Kamakhya Express will be regulated for the journey commencing on 5 September 2026.

Via Bandel–Azimganj–New Farakka–Malda Town, train number 13147 Sealdah–Bamhanhat Uttar Banga Express, train number 13149 Sealdah–Alipurduar Jn Kanchankanya Express and train number 12343 Sealdah–Haldibari Darjeeling Mail will be regulated for journeys commencing on 6 September 2026.

Via Rampurhat–Gumani–Ballal, train number 16597 SMVB Bengaluru–Alipurduar Amrit Bharat Express will be regulated for the journey commencing on 5 September 2026.

The rescheduling of train number 13153 Sealdah–Malda Town Gour Express and train number 12377 Sealdah–New Alipurduar Padatik Express. Both trains have journeys commencing on 6 September 2026, with their departures revised to 7 September 2026.
