The Eastern Railway has announced a Khatipura–Howrah–Khatipura Special Train service. Train No. 09709, Khatipura–Howrah Special, will leave Khatipura on 29.08.2026 and reach Howrah on the next day. Train No. 09710, Howrah–Khatipura Special, will leave Howrah on 31.08.2026 and reach Khatipura on the next day. The train will stop at Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur and Asansol stations in both directions over Eastern Railway jurisdiction. The special train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class and Air-conditioned accommodations. For detailed timings at the halts of the special trains, passengers are directed to visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in or download the NTES App. For bookings, passengers can visit the IRCTC website at www.irctc.co.in or the nearest computerized reservation centre.
