Due to ongoing doubling work in Rajkot Division, a few Western Railway trains will short terminate / short originate at Surendranagar station.
According to a press releases issued by Chief Public Relations Officer, Western Railway, Shri. Vineet Abhishek, the details of the affected trains are as under:
TRAINS TO BE SHORT TERMINATED AT SURENDRANAGAR:
1.Train No. 22923 Bandra Terminus–Jamnagar Humsafar, journey commencing on 1st, 3rd and 6th August, 2026, will be short terminated at Surendranagar station. Hence, this train will remain partially cancelled between Surendranagar and Jamnagar stations.
2.Train No. 22959 Vadodara–Jamnagar Intercity Express, journey commencing from 1st to 7th August, 2026, will be short terminated at Surendranagar station. Hence, this train will remain partially cancelled between Surendranagar and Jamnagar stations.
TRAINS TO SHORT ORIGINATE FROM SURENDRANAGAR:
1.Train No. 22924 Jamnagar–Bandra Terminus Humsafar Express, journey commencing on 2nd, 4th and 7th August, 2026, will short originate from Surendranagar station. Hence, this train will remain partially cancelled between Jamnagar and Surendranagar stations.
2.Train No. 22960 Jamnagar–Vadodara Intercity Express, journey commencing from 2nd to 8th August, 2026, will short originate from Surendranagar station. Hence, this train will remain partially cancelled between Jamnagar and Surendranagar stations.
