Railways will run 10 additional summer special trains o­n the Konkan route:

8 services to Sawantwadi and 2 services to Madgaon  o­n passengers’ demand.

The details are as under:

(A)Panvel-Sawantwadi Road Weekly specials (8 services)

Train No. 01007 Weekly Special will leave Panvel at 18.10 hrs every Saturday from 16.05.2026 to 06.06.2026 and arrive Sawantwadi Road at 04.30 hrs next day.

Train No. 01008 Weekly Special will leave Sawantwadi Road  at 07.20 hrs every Saturday from 16.05.2026 to 06.06.2026 and arrive Panvel at 17.00 hrs same day.

Halts: Pen, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilavade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Nandgaon Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg and Kudal.

Composition: 1 AC 2-Tier, 3 AC 3-Tier, 2 AC 3-Tier Economy,  8 Sleeper class, 4 General Second Class, 1 Generator Car  and 1 Second Seating cum Guard’s brake van.

(B)Panvel-Madgaon specials (2 services)

Train No. 01105 Weekly Special will leave Panvel at 05.45 hrs o­n Monday 18.05.2026 and arrive Madgaon at 18.10 hrs same day.

Train No. 01106 Weekly Special will leave Madgaon  at 16.30 hrs o­n Sunday 17.05.2026 and arrive Panvel at 04.00 hrs next day.

Halts: Pen, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilavade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Thivim and Karmali.

Composition: 3 AC 3-Tier, 11 Sleeper class, 7 General Second Class and 2 Second Seating cum Guard’s brake van.

And Bookings for 01105 o­n special charges will  open o­n 16.05.2026

at all computerised reservation centres and o­n website www.irctc.co.in

Bookings for unreserved coaches with normal charges can be done through UTS system.

Passengers can also download RailOne app for booking of tickets.

Passengers are requested to visit the Indian Railways website (www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in), dial 139, or download the NTES app for detailed arrival and departure timings at the respective stations.
