Train Stoppage Restored at Bengaluru East Station from May 25, 2026

South Western Railway has announced the restoration of train stoppages at Bengaluru East Station effective from May 25, 2026, following the completion of platform works at the station. The notice states that several daily and weekly train services will resume halts at the station.

The trains listed for restored stoppage include Train No. 16021 Dr MGR Chennai Central–Ashokapuram Kaveri Express, Train No. 16220 Tirupati–Chamarajanagar Express, Train No. 12657 Dr MGR Chennai Central–KSR Bengaluru Superfast Mail, Train No. 16231 Cuddalore Port–Mysuru Express, Train No. 16235 Tuticorin–Mysuru Express, Train No. 16525 Kanyakumari–KSR Bengaluru Express, Train No. 12577 Darbhanga–Mysuru Bagmati Express, Train No. 66549 Jolarpettai–KSR Bengaluru MEMU, Train No. 16551 Chennai Central–Ashokapuram Express, and Train No. 11013 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (Mumbai)–Coimbatore Express.

According to the schedule displayed in the notice, the trains will operate with stoppage timings at Bengaluru East Station ranging from early morning to evening hours, with the Bagmati Express operating on Tuesdays and the remaining trains operating daily.
