South Western Railway has announced the regularization of three pairs of DEMU special trains presently operating on Train on Demand (TOD) basis. These services will now run as regular DEMU trains from May 2026, providing improved connectivity and enhanced travel convenience for daily commuters travelling in the Ballari-Hosapete- Hubballi and Ballari-Davangere sections.

 1.Train No. 07393/07394 Hosapete-SSS Hubballi-Hosapete DEMU Special will be regularized as Train No. 76507/76508 Hosapete-SSS Hubballi-Hosapete DEMU service.

 Accordingly, Train No. 76508 Hosapete-SSS Hubballi DEMU will run regularly on Sundays with effect from 10.05.2026, while Train No. 76507 SSS Hubballi-Hosapete DEMU will run on Saturdays with effect from 16.05.2026.

 2. Train No. 07395/07396 Ballari-Davangere-Ballari DEMU Special will be regularized as Train No. 76509/76510 Ballari-Davangere-Ballari DEMU service.

Accordingly, Train No. 76509/76510 Ballari-Davangere-Ballari DEMU services will be regularized with effect from 11.05.2026 and will run from Monday to Saturday.

3.Train No. 07397/07398 Hosapete-Ballari-Hosapete DEMU Special will be regularized as Train No. 76511/76512 Hosapete-Ballari-Hosapete DEMU service. Accordingly, Train No. 76511/76512 Hosapete-Ballari-Hosapete DEMU services will also be regularized with effect from 11.05.2026 and will run from Monday to Saturday.

The above services will continue to operate with the existing timings and stoppages already notified for the DEMU special train services.

 All the above DEMU services will be operated with 08-car DEMU rake composition. The regularization of these services is expected to improve regional rail connectivity and provide greater convenience to passengers across North Karnataka.
