For the convenience of passengers and to clear the extra rush of passengers, East Central Railway has notified the extension of the operation of Train No. 05551/05552 Saharsa Junction-Yesvantpur Junction-Saharsa Junction Weekly Special trains with the eviction timings and stoppages.

 Accordingly, Train No. 05551 Saharsa Yesvantpur Special, departing from Saharsa every Thursday, will continue to operate from 14.05.2026 to 09.07.2026. In the return direction, Train No. 05552 Yesvantpur Saharsa Special, departing from Yesvantpur every Sunday, will operate from 17.05.2026 to 12.07.2026. These trains will operate for a total of 09 trips in each direction.

The train will operate with a composition of 24 coaches comprising 04 AC 3-Tier coaches, 14 Sleeper Class coaches, 04 General Second Class coaches and 02 SLRD coaches.
