Railway (SCR) has announced special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during the festival season. According to Press Release No. 464, dated 21 October 2026, three special train services will operate between Secunderabad and Tirupati, and Visakhapatnam and Secunderabad, on specified days.

Train No. 07424 will operate from Secunderabad to Tirupati on 22 October 2026. The train will stop at Charlapalli, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Guntur, Tenali, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore and Renigunta stations. It will consist of 2AC, 3AC, Sleeper and General Second Class coaches.

Train No. 08517 will operate from Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad on 22 and 25 October 2026, while Train No. 08518 will run from Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam on 23 and 26 October 2026.

Both trains will stop at Duvvada, Anakapalle, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Bhimavaram Town, Gudivada, Vijayawada, Guntur, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda and Charlapalli stations in both directions. These services will consist of 2AC, 3AC, Sleeper and General Second Class coaches.
