South Western Railway has announced the operation of seven trips of Summer Special Express trains between Yesvantpur and Vijayapura.

Train No. 06577, Yesvantpur–Vijayapura Special Express, will run from 16.05.2026 to 27.06.2026 on Saturdays. The train will depart from Yesvantpur at 18:15 hrs and reach Vijayapura at 05:15 hrs the next day. En route, it will stop at Tumakuru, Arsikere, Davangere, SMM Haveri, Gadag Bypass, Badami, Bagalkot, Almatti and Basavana Bagewadi Road stations.

Train No. 06578, Vijayapura–Yesvantpur Special Express, will run from 17.05.2026 to 28.06.2026 on Sundays. The train will depart from Vijayapura at 17:00 hrs and arrive at Yesvantpur at 04:00 hrs the next day. The train will halt at Basavana Bagewadi Road, Almatti, Bagalkot, Badami, Gadag Bypass, SMM Haveri, Davangere, Arsikere and Tumakuru stations.

According to the announcement, these trains will consist of 19 coaches.
