New Weekly Express to Boost Connectivity Between Dharmavaram and Nanded

South Central Railway has announced the introduction of a new weekly express service between Dharmavaram and Nanded. The Ministry of Railways has approved the regular operation of Train No. 17635/17636 Nanded–Dharmavaram–Nanded Weekly Express by converting the existing special train service, Train No. 07189/07190, into a regular weekly train.

According to the notification, Train No. 17636 Dharmavaram–Nanded Weekly Express will commence service every Sunday from May 17, 2026, while Train No. 17635 Nanded–Dharmavaram Weekly Express will begin operating every Friday from May 22, 2026.

The train will halt at several major stations including Mudkhed, Basar, Nizamabad, Armoor, Koratla, Lingampet Jagityal, Karim Nagar, Peddapalli, Jammikunta, Warangal, Mahbubabad, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Bapatla, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore, Renigunta, Tirupati, Pakala, Madanapalle Road and Kadiri.

Railway officials stated that the train composition will include 2 AC Two-Tier coaches, 6 AC Three-Tier coaches, 8 Sleeper Class coaches and 4 General Second Class coaches.
