Eastern Railway General Manager Shri Milind Deouskar, accompanied by Smt. Seema Deouskar, inaugurated the newly built Dipu Ghosh Krida Sadan badminton court at the Liluah Workshop Ground on July 25, 2026. Shri Yatish Kumar, Chief Workshop Manager, Liluah Workshop, along with other senior Eastern Railway officials, was also present on the occasion.

According to Eastern Railway, Dipu Ghosh Krida Sadan reflects the organisation's commitment to promoting fitness, inclusion, and equal opportunities through sports. Developed for the families of railway employees, the facility also encourages participation by persons with physical disabilities, making sports more accessible and fostering an inclusive sporting environment for all.
