The Summer Camp, which commenced on 24 May 2026 at the Employees' Club of Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW), concluded with a grand closing ceremony on 22 June 2026. More than 300 members of the BLW family and their relatives attended the event.

The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. During the event, children and women showcased their talents through cultural performances, yoga, art, and various creative activities, earning widespread appreciation from the audience.

On this occasion, all the instructors who successfully conducted the Summer Camp were honoured with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their dedicated efforts.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Public Relations Officer, BLW; Mr. Piyush Minj, Assistant Personnel Officer (Workshop); Mr. Pradeep Kumar Yadav, Joint Secretary, Employees' Council; and Mr. Sushil Kumar Singh, Member, lauded the outstanding performances of the participants and encouraged them to continue pursuing such creative activities.

Mr. Madan Kumar, Secretary, Employees' Club, along with the Club Executive Committee, welcomed and felicitated the distinguished guests with bouquets, traditional shawls, and mementoes.

In his vote of thanks, Mr. Ram Pravesh Yadav, Vice President, Employees' Club and Assistant Personnel Officer (Headquarters), expressed gratitude to all the guests, participants, organisers, and supporters. He also assured that such creative and inspiring programmes would continue to be organised in the future.
