Indian Railways has introduced AI-powered assistants ‘Bholu Mini’ and ‘Bholu Max’ at Malkajgiri and Kacheguda railway stations in Telangana to enhance passenger experience. These voice and touchscreen-enabled systems provide real-time, multilingual information related to train services, platform details, and station facilities. The initiative aims to make travel more convenient and accessible by offering quick and efficient assistance to passengers at the stations.
