South Western Railway (SWR) has launched the Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0 to facilitate and simplify the process for pensioners to submit their Life Certificates. This initiative allows pensioners to submit their certificates online from home, eliminating the need for in-person visits to banks or offices.

This user-friendly digital system is particularly beneficial for senior citizens as it saves time and effort, while ensuring both convenience and accuracy in pension-related services and the timely continuation of pension benefits.

How to Submit the Digital Life Certificate:

1. Pensioners must download the AadhaarFace RD (Early Access) application (latest version 0.7.43) from the Google Play Store.
2. After installing the Aadhaar app, they need to download the Jeevan Pramaan app (version 3.6.3) from the Google Play Store.
3. Using these two applications, pensioners can easily submit their Digital Life Certificates online.

Help Desk Support:

To assist pensioners with the digital submission process, Help Desks have been established at Headquarters, various Banks, and Divisional & Workshop Offices. Staff at these centres are available to guide and support pensioners.

All pensioners are encouraged to utilize this secure, simple, and time-saving digital facility.
