35 RPF personnel including Senior officers donated blood during the Camp

 As part of the week long celebrations for Railway Protection Force Raising Day, a blood donation camp was organized on 26th September, 2025 at Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad. The event was conducted under the guidance and leadership of Ms. Aroma Singh Thakur, Inspector General cum-Principal Chief Security Commissioner (PCSC), South Central Railway in coordination with Terapanth Yuvak Parishad, Hyderabad.

The camp saw enthusiastic participation with around 35 RPF personnel donating blood during the camp, including senior officers viz., Shri S.Z. Khan, Chief Security Commissioner/SCR, A. Naveen Kumar, Divisional Security Commissioner, Secunderabad, Shri U.K. Bandyopadhyay, Staff Officer to PCSC, Shri B. Satish Prabhu, Assistant Security Commissioner/Crime, Shri. Vijayakumar Assistant Security Commissioner /PS

The event was well-coordinated and received appreciation for its smooth execution and community impact. On this occasion, an Eye Check-up Camp and an Awareness Campaign o­n Eye Donation were also conducted in coordination with Vasan Eye Care, Hyderabad.

 Shri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, General Manager, SCR stated that the noble initiative reflects RPF’s commitment not only to provide security services in the railways, but also to work for broader humanitarian causes.
