Om Prakash Meena, a senior officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), has assumed the position of Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) for Madurai Division under Southern Railway vice Shri Sharad Srivastava on completion of his tenure.

Bringing with him more than 25 years of service in Indian Railways, Shri Meena has held several significant roles throughout his career. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Engineer for Construction and Road Safety Projects in Eastern Railway, where he was involved in infrastructure-related assignments.

As a member of the 1996 IRSE batch, he began his journey with Indian Railways in 1998 and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Sh. Meena's appointment is expected to bring renewed efficiency, innovation, and stronger public interface to the Madurai Division under his leadership.
