Shri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, General Manager, South Central Railway, conducted a detailed inspection of the ongoing redevelopment works at Secunderabad Railway Station on 13th July, 2025. He was accompanied by Shri Bartesh Kumar Jain, Divisional Railway Manager, Secunderabad Division, and other senior Railway officials.

During the visit, he reviewed the progress of upgradation works on both sides of the station — platform no. 1 and platform no. 10. He inspected the ongoing construction of foot overbridges as well as the development of booking offices, parking, and circulating areas.

Officials briefed him through a PowerPoint presentation on the overall redevelopment plans and current progress. The Secunderabad Division team also outlined various measures being implemented to ensure smooth passenger movement while maintaining safety and security.

Emphasizing the scale of infrastructural modifications, Shri Srivastava instructed the team to prioritize effective crowd management, enhance security arrangements, and strengthen passenger assistance initiatives.
