In a welcome move for tourists and daily commuters, South Eastern Railway has announced the running of Special Trains between Panskura and Digha from 25th June to 10th July 2025, to meet the growing summer travel demand.

The 08117 Panskura–Digha Special will depart daily from Panskura at 07:00 hrs, reaching the seaside destination of Digha by 09:20 hrs. For the return journey, 08118 Digha–Panskura Special will leave Digha at 09:30 hrs and arrive back at Panskura at 11:50 hrs, the same day.

All stations between Panskura and Digha will be covered, ensuring easy boarding and deboarding for all passengers.

Whether you're planning a quick beach getaway or visiting family along the route, these special trains offer comfort, convenience, and timely travel.

Passengers are encouraged to plan ahead and book tickets early through official railway counters or the IRCTC website.
