Sealdah Division has developed a modern cafeteria, executive lounge and upgraded waiting complex at Kalyani Railway Station to enhance passenger comfort and improve the overall station experience. The newly developed facilities are designed to provide a more convenient, comfortable and passenger-friendly environment for travellers as well as local residents.

The upgraded complex includes a free general waiting room with comfortable seating and entertainment and information screens. A dedicated childcare room has also been provided for mothers travelling with infants. Passengers can additionally access a modern cafeteria with contemporary dining facilities and a paid executive lounge equipped with air conditioning and premium seating.

Separate, modern washrooms have been provided for the waiting room, executive lounge and cafeteria. The complex also incorporates enhanced hygiene arrangements, fire safety systems and digital payment facilities to improve convenience and maintain appropriate standards of safety and cleanliness.

With these upgraded amenities, Kalyani Station aims to offer passengers a more comfortable and welcoming experience, particularly during the festive season.
