The Ahmedabad railway station unveiled its newly developed Air-Conditioned Waiting Hall on Platform No. 1, marking a significant upgrade in passenger amenities for the region. The facility was inaugurated by Hon'ble MP, Ahmedabad West, Shri Dinesh Makwana and Hon'ble MLA, Dariapur, Shri Kaushik Jain.
Described as the first-of-its-kind facility in the Ahmedabad Division, the waiting hall is designed to provide a more convenient, comfortable, and modern travel experience for passengers.

- Seating capacity for 250 reserved passengers, ensuring a spacious and relaxed environment
- A dedicated Baby Care Room, offering convenience for traveling families
- Refreshment and beverage counter for quick bites and drinks
