To promote the nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0 launched by the Government of India and encourage all pensioners to obtain their Digital Life Certificates, a mega camp is being organized o­n November 21, 2025, at the Prayagraj Divisional Auditorium under the aegis of North Central Railway.

All pensioners receiving pensions from all banks are requested to attend the camp organized for the Life Certificate Campaign 4.0 with their Aadhaar number to obtain their Digital Life Certificates and to facilitate the issuance of Digital Life Certificates (DLCs). The camp will also provide information o­n cyber fraud and other important financial awareness programs.
