In a move set to enhance rail connectivity for South Gujarat, Train No. 20902 Gandhinagar Capital–Mumbai Central Vande Bharat Express has been accorded a scheduled halt at Valsad station, significantly improving access for passengers in the region.

The new stoppage offers the following advantages:

• Convenient boarding and deboarding for Valsad passengers on a premium high-speed service.
• Improved connectivity between Valsad, Mumbai, and Gandhinagar.
• Time-saving travel options for business and daily commuters.
• Strengthening of regional infrastructure and mobility.

The first operational halt at Valsad was marked by a brief ceremony as Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Dhaval Patel flagged off the train, reflecting the growing importance of regional stations in premium train operations.
