The Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (PCEE) of Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), accompanied by Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Tinsukia Division and senior Branch Officers, conducted a detailed inspection of the Dibrugarh–Duliajan section.

This inspection marks a major step toward the commissioning of electric traction in the section. The team examined the overall preparedness of the route for electrified train operations, covering technical aspects and infrastructure readiness.

The inspection reflects the progress of NFR in advancing railway electrification, which will pave the way for improved connectivity and efficient train operations in the region.
