The meeting reflected Southern Railway’s commitment to enhancing infrastructure and passenger amenities.

• Alathur: Drinking water at Kollengode, redevelopment at Pudunagaram & Muthalamada, CCTV installations, boundary wall at Kollengode.
• Palakkad: 26-coach pit line, new stabling lines, foot overbridges, lifts/escalators, LED lighting, redevelopment at Shoranur, Ottapalam.
