In a significant step towards strengthening the railway power infrastructure, the 132 KV transmission line between Jagadhri and Talheri has been successfully charged. The achievement has been made possible with the constant support and guidance of the top management, Electrical GGMs, and GM/Security, PRYJ.
This development resolves a long-pending project, highlighting the effective coordination and dedicated efforts of all teams involved. The newly energized line is expected to act as an alternate source of OHE supply, ensuring greater system reliability.
With this, the railway network in the section will be better equipped to handle the movement of multiple trains simultaneously while minimizing the risk of tripping incidents. The commissioning of this line is set to enhance operational efficiency and passenger safety, reinforcing Indian Railways’ commitment to reliable service delivery.
