The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Academy (DMRCA) has successfully concluded a comprehensive five-day Customized Training Program focused on Civil Engineering and Contract Management, designed specifically for executives from NBCC (India) Ltd. The program, held at the DMRCA premises, witnessed active participation from 25 senior-level officers, including Assistant General Managers (AGMs) and Deputy General Managers (DGMs).

Throughout the training, participants engaged in detailed sessions covering project execution strategies, contract lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and modern engineering practices. The sessions were led by experienced faculty and industry experts, providing both theoretical insights and practical knowledge relevant to real-world infrastructure projects.
