IRCON has achieved a key milestone in its journey towards Mission 100% Electrification by successfully constructing the 132/25kV Traction Sub-station at Teliamura under the Lumding Division of Northeast Frontier Railway.

This critical infrastructure will now power train operations through 25kV electric traction, significantly enhancing energy efficiency and reducing reliance on fossil fuels. The move not only boosts operational performance but also supports Indian Railways' commitment to building a greener, more sustainable transport network.
