Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abhinava Strategic Partners Pvt Ltd to enhance its advisory services across key infrastructure sectors in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The partnership will focus on railways, Mass Rapid Transit Systems (MRTS), tunnels, highways, expressways, bridges, buildings, airports, ports, irrigation, and renewable energy projects.
